VIDEO: The step-by-step simple smokey eye.

There's nothing sexier than the 'smokey eye'.. and great news- it can be easy too! I'm grateful that I have a work-free, plans-free weekend, so that I could take some time out to make this post. This post follows a suggestion from one of my blog readers- so THANK YOU. I appreciate all of the feedback and post suggestions that I have received, and I promise to try and do posts for them all.

So here it is, my step-by-step simple smokey eye. This is a great look, especially for night time or for date night. A smokey eye can really make you look and feel just that extra bit sexier!

Give it a try and don't be discouraged if the first few times you look like you've been punched in the eye- it happens to the best of us. When it comes to makeup, practice always makes perfect.

-Catrice 'the precious copper collection' Metallux palette

-Essence 'be kissed by the moon' palette

-Essence black eyeliner pencil

-Essence black dip eyeliner

-Essence 'lash princess' mascara
